Since my last post, Kyle and I have gone on several dates worth noting. Last Monday we went out for dinner and gelato in the Hyde Park area in celebrations of a friend's birthday. The small Italian restaurant served amazing food (even if we did choose the least expensive items on the menu.) I'm sorry but $7 for a side salad is a little ridiculous. Afterwards, the party moved to a small coffee shop where Kyle tasted his first gelato. It was love.
This week we also attempted our first couples game night...and I am proud to report that it was a success! We all shared some salad, garlic bread and pasta. As a result, Kyle and I will be taking pasta to work for lunch for quite some time. After dinner we all played a game of Clue, which was actually a lot more fun than I remembered (probably because the last time was just with Kyle in my dorm room.) Clue isn't very much fun with only two people.
Friday night we saw Ghostown. Surprisingly, we loved it and I highly recommend it for a date night. I had had a rough day on Friday and did not think that I could laugh that hard.
I am really going to make an effort to keep up with this, but the posts may be few and far between at times.
